Abstract

  • To minimise the impact of truck accidents more effective systems for a dynamic stabilisation are required. In comparison with the conventional brake based stabilisation a steering based approach for roll-over mitigation is discussed at the example of a truck-trailer, at which the first trailer axle is electronically steerable.
